Terms of use

These terms cover the Labverse WhatsApp assistant and its related information pages and staff workspace. They apply to your use of this service and do not replace any separate written agreement for a Labverse project.

Purpose and eligibility

The assistant helps adults aged 18 or older make professional or business inquiries about Labverse services, request quotations, and contact our team. Use it only for lawful purposes and provide information you are authorized to share.

AI responses and human assistance

Some responses are generated by AI and may be incomplete or incorrect. Ask our team to confirm important details. You can request human assistance, although a team member may not be immediately available. The assistant is not an emergency service or a source of professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

Estimates and commitments

Sending a message or quotation request does not create an order, contract, or payment obligation. Prices, scope, delivery dates, availability, and other commercial commitments require confirmation by an authorized Labverse representative in a separate agreement. The assistant cannot make binding commitments on our behalf.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content; impersonate another person; gain unauthorized access; extract other people's information; or disrupt the service. Do not send secrets or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry. We may restrict access to protect users and the service.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in material you send. By submitting it, you permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to handle your inquiry and operate the assistant, as described in our privacy policy. Only share material you have the right to provide.

Availability and third-party services

Service availability and message delivery depend on systems including WhatsApp, hosting, and AI providers. Delays, interruptions, or changes may occur. Those providers have their own terms. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular response time.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Separate project agreements govern any services you purchase. Questions or complaints can be sent to info@labverse.org.

Updates

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version and effective date are shown above.
